List of Appellate Cases
Note: With the help of my friends at Westlaw I have been able to reconstruct this list. There may be some inaccuracies or mere citations later down in the list. It is longer than I thought it would be, and is incomplete. It does, however, bring back many memories. The reader should note that from 2010 through 2014 I did many appeals of cases for the Griffin Judicial Circuit Public Defender—cases in which I was not the trial attorney.
